The Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) will be the front‑line ambassador for Digitide Solutions Limited within the CLM Domestic BFSI back‑office team. You will handle inbound and outbound customer communications, troubleshoot issues, provide accurate product and service information, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless experiences that drive loyalty and revenue. Responsibilities
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Diagnose and resolve product or service issues, escalating when necessary.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions in the CRM system.
• Provide accurate information on banking, financial services, and related solutions.
• Identify opportunities for upselling or cross‑selling based on customer needs.
• Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with operations, compliance, and technical teams to address complex cases.
• Monitor service level agreements (SLAs) and meet performance targets.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to improve processes and offerings.
• Participate in regular training and knowledge‑sharing sessions. Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Communications, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in customer service or relationship management, preferably in BFSI.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional local language proficiency is a plus.
• Solid problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to handle high‑volume interactions while maintaining professionalism.
• Customer‑centric mindset with a focus on delivering quality service.
• Basic understanding of banking and financial products.
• Flexibility to work in shift patterns, including evenings or weekends if required.
