Key Responsibilities

* Responsible for designated vehicle platform delivery from project
initiation till vehicle launch.
* Responsible for project delivery on time, within cost and quality.
* Work closely with Leads and cross functional teams for multiple projects in
vehicle platform by defining scope, schedule and deliverables as per the plan.
* Implement and maintain project initiatives that adhere to organizational
objectives and identify key requirements needed from cross-functional teams and
external vendors.
* Identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects and analyze,
evaluate and overcome project risk.
* Responsible for conflict resolutions within the projects and drive the CFT
teams to achieve the targets.
* Prepare and update program reports including critical points for management
and stakeholders reviews.

Ideal Candidate

* Bachelor’s or a Master’s degree in Engineering/Management




* 9 to 11 yrs of experience in a Program/Project management role managing
multiple stakeholders across multiple projects in a fast faced and dynamic
setting.
* Have seen and led complete life cycle of the projects from Start to SOP in
2 wheeler space
* Good understanding of Mechanical & Electrical systems and components
including Battery, BMS, VCU, Display, Motor & MCU, Drive train, Frame,
Suspension, Brakes etc
* Good understanding of product validation across Mechanical and Electrical
area
* Good understanding of hardware and software/ firmware
* Effective interpersonal and Communication Skills
* Stakeholder management and conflict resolution
* Education : Bachelors/Masters in Mechanical/ Electrical/Electronics
