About the Role
KalSoft is looking for a Lead APEX Programmer to provide technical leadership across Oracle APEX solutions, including solution architecture, development guidance, code reviews, and overall quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide technical leadership for Oracle APEX development and solutions.
• Design and oversee APEX solution architecture.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards.
• Provide technical guidance and support to development teams.
• Oversee development quality and ensure robust, maintainable solutions. Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Oracle development, including 6+ years of hands-on Oracle APEX experience.




• Recent project experience with Oracle APEX 22.x or later.
• Expert-level PL/SQL skills, including packages, performance tuning, bulk processing, and agile SQL.
• Experience with ORDS/REST API design and integration.
• Robust knowledge of APEX security, authentication, authorization, and AD/SSO.
• Experience leading 3+ developers across at least 2 production Oracle APEX systems.
• At least one Oracle certification in APEX or PL/SQL. Preferred Qualifications
• Experience developing bilingual/RTL Oracle APEX applications.
• Experience with AI or external API integrations.
• Experience with Git and CI practices.
