• Supervise Student Mobilisation and Enrolment
• Training Delivery and Quality Assurance
• Team Management and Staff Development
• MIS, Documentation, and Compliance
• Reporting​
• Infrastructure, Safety, and Centre Administration
• Student Welfare, Inclusion, and Grievance Redressal
• Placement and Post-Placement Support
• Coordinate with HO to resolve operational issues and ensure smooth operations.
• Lead team training, development, and engagement to reduce attrition. Requirements

Requirements:
Education Qualification:
• Mandatory: Graduation (Any Stream)
• Preferred: MSW Past Experience/Skills Required:
• 3-5 years of experience, with at least 2 years in managing independent profit center operations.
• Experience leading a team of 3-4 members.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills, presentation skills, and team management experience.
• Background in the training industry is a must.
• Preferable: Experience managing CSR or Skills projects
