Job Summary: The HR Trainee will support the Human Resources function by assisting in talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, training coordination, HR administration, and statutory compliance activities. This position offers hands-on exposure to core HR processes and provides an excellent opportunity to develop professional expertise in human resource management within a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities:
• Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and applicant coordination.
• Assist in employee onboarding, induction, and documentation processes.
• Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Support attendance, leave, and workforce data management.
• Coordinate learning and development programs and maintain training records.
• Assist in organizing employee engagement, wellness, and recognition initiatives.




• Support HR compliance activities, audits, and statutory documentation.
• Prepare HR reports, presentations, and employee-related communications.
• Respond to employee queries and provide administrative support to HR operations
• Participate in HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives as assigned. Basic Qualification:
• MSW or MBA in Human Resources, or a related discipline.
• Proficient in MS office, Power BI and AI tools Key competencies:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and HR systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail
• Eagerness to learn and build a career in Human Resources.
