Role Description This full-time remote role is for a Salesforce Health Cloud Business Analyst who will collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into Salesforce Health Cloud solutions. The role involves gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, mapping them to Health Cloud capabilities, and recommending configuration or enhancements to optimize workflows and patient engagement. The Business Analyst will work closely with Salesforce administrators, developers, and cross-functional teams to design and refine business processes, ensure data integrity, and support testing and user acceptance.



Daily responsibilities include creating user stories, process flows, and functional specifications, supporting end-user training and adoption, and providing ongoing analysis of system performance and business outcomes. The role may also involve contributing to best practices, governance standards, and continuous improvement initiatives within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Qualifications

- 10+ yrs exp. Candidates should possess robust Business Analysis capabilities, including gathering Business Requirements and modeling Business Process improvements.
- Candidates should possess Salesforce.com Administration skills, preferably with experience or exposure to Salesforce Health Cloud.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, assess system performance, and recommend actionable improvements.
- Candidates should possess effective stakeholder management and communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience working with healthcare or payer/provider workflows, regulatory considerations, or patient engagement solutions is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, user story creation, and backlog management is beneficial.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Business Analyst, Health Cloud Specialist) are a plus.
