Job Description We are looking for a Manual QA Tester to support quality assurance activities across a large home healthcare company and its applications and business workflows. This role will translate requirements and user stories into clear test scenarios, execute functional testing, document results, and help delivery teams resolve defects before release.
You will work closely with product owners, developers, business analysts, Scrum Masters, and other QA team members in an Agile workplace. The role requires strong attention to detail, disciplined test documentation, and clear communication throughout the defect lifecycle. Skills and Requirements 3-5 years of hands-on manual software testing or quality assurance experience.
Experience reviewing requirements and writing detailed test scenarios and test cases.
Experience executing functional, integration, end-to-end, smoke, exploratory, and regression tests.
Experience logging, tracking, retesting, and closing defects and participating in defect triage.
Working knowledge of Jira, SharePoint, and at least one test management tool such as Zephyr, Xray, qTest, TestRail, Azure Test Plans, ALM, or equivalent.




Good understanding of Agile and Scrum delivery practices and ceremonies.
Ability to validate web user interfaces, business workflows, integrations, and backend data outcomes.
Strong written communication, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and collaboration skills.
