Position: Senior Brand Manager (India & GCC)

Location: Bangalore

Qualification: MBA in Marketing

Experience: 7–10 years of experience in brand management or marketing. At least 2 years of experience leading a brand or creative team.
Experience in consumer durables, consumer electronics, home appliances. Hands-on experience in product launches, packaging development, and marketing campaigns.

Salary: 12 LPA - 24 LPA

Key Responsibilities:
- Execute brand plans and marketing campaigns across India and GCC markets.
- Plan product launches, including positioning, packaging, messaging, and promotional materials.
- Manage brand communication across digital, social media, ATL, influencer marketing, and events.
- Lead the creative team and coordinate with Art Directors, agencies, and vendors.
- Ensure creative materials meet brand guidelines, quality standards, and deadlines.
- Oversee packaging artwork, approvals, and regulatory compliance.
- Manage brand assets, photography, videos, catalogues, and marketing materials.
- Coordinate with Product Development, Sales, Category, E-commerce, and Performance Marketing teams.
- Manage marketing budgets,



production costs, and vendor relationships.
- Track campaign performance, creative turnaround times, and brand KPIs.

Required Skills:
- Strong brand management and marketing execution capabilities.
- Excellent creative judgement and understanding of brand identity.
- Proven team leadership, workload allocation, and capacity planning skills.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- High attention to detail in packaging artwork, product information, and regulatory content.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Solid communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage agency relationships, vendor performance, and marketing budgets.
- Familiarity with AI tools for creative development and video production is an advantage.

Candidate Preference:
- Malayali candidates willing to relocate to Bangalore or Saudi Arabia are preferred.
- Candidates currently based in Bangalore or Kerala will be preferred for the Bangalore location
