We are looking for an experienced Cards and Payments Technology Lead to drive IT delivery, automated testing, and business analysis within the banking and financial services domain. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of card and payment systems, test automation, US banking operations, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, high-quality technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the delivery of IT solutions in the Cards and Payments domain.
- Develop and implement automated testing strategies to improve system quality, reliability, and efficiency.
- Analyze business requirements related to payments and translate them into effective technology solutions.
- Collaborate with business, technology, QA, and other cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Engage with stakeholders, communicate project updates, and drive issue resolution.
- Apply Agile methodologies, risk management, and data analysis practices to support project execution.
- Stay updated on industry trends,



US banking regulations, and developments in payment technologies.

Required Skills and Experience

- 5–9 years of relevant experience in IT delivery, technology, or testing within the Cards and Payments domain.
- Robust experience in automated testing and test automation.
- Knowledge of payment systems, card transactions, and payment business processes.
- Experience in Payments Business Analysis and familiarity with US banking regulations.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and team leadership skills.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies, project management, data analysis, and risk management.
- Proven ability to deliver technology solutions in the banking or financial services sector.

Educational Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Applications, Technology, or Science (BE, BTech, BCA, BSc, MCA, MTech, or MSc).
