Summary
We are seeking an experienced Service Now Technical Architect to lead the strategic design and implementation of our IT Asset Management (ITAM) ecosystem. In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between complex business requirements and robust technical solutions, ensuring our Service Now platform drives operational excellence. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Service Now architecture, specifically within the domains of ITAM, ITOM, and ITSM, while guiding cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance systems that align with global ITIL standards.

Responsibilities

- Architect and define high-level and low-level designs for Service Now solutions, focusing on IT Asset Management, Configuration Management Database (CMDB) integrity, and IT Operations Management (ITOM) integrations.

- Lead the technical implementation of Service Now modules including ITAM, Service Asset Management (SAM), and ITSM, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.

- Develop and maintain complex integrations using Java Script, Glide APIs, and standard Service Now integration frameworks to connect with external enterprise systems.

- Serve as the primary technical authority for Service Now Technical Architecture, providing guidance on solution design, security, and performance optimization.

- Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical specifications, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.





- Ensure the CMDB serves as the single source of truth by establishing governance models and automated reconciliation processes.

- Drive the adoption of Service Now best practices, including CIS benchmarks and CTA standards, to enhance system reliability and security.

- Mentor development teams, conduct code reviews, and enforce coding standards to maintain high-quality deliverables.

Requirements Requirements:

- Minimum of 8 years of professional experience within the IT Services sector, with a significant portion dedicated to Service Now technical roles.

- Proven expertise in Service Now ITAM, ITOM, and ITSM modules, with a robust focus on technical architecture and solution design.

- Advanced proficiency in Java Script and Service Now-specific scripting languages, including a deep understanding of Glide APIs for custom development.

- Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing complex system integrations and data synchronization strategies.

- Strong background in Configuration Management Database (CMDB) modeling, data governance, and asset lifecycle management.

- Solid understanding of ITIL frameworks and their application within Service Now environments.

- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Experience with High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documentation for enterprise-scale implementations.

- Familiarity with Service Now CIS (Cloud Infrastructure Security) and CTA (Cloud Technology Architecture) standards is highly desirable.
