- Hands-on experience in Service Now Software Asset Management Qualified (SAM Pro) configuration and administration.
- Expertise in software models, entitlements, license metrics, reconciliation, and Effective License Position (ELP).
- Experience integrating SAM Pro with OEM/vendor platforms such as Microsoft, Oracle, IBM, SAP, and Adobe using APIs and connectors.
- Integration experience with Service Now Discovery, SCCM/MECM, Big Fix, and Tanium.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, and HR system integrations for automated provisioning and license reclamation.
- Experience in software normalization, entitlement synchronization, compliance reporting, and license optimization.
- Ability to develop dashboards, automate data imports, and improve software asset management processes.
