Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced MLOps Technology Lead to design, develop, and manage scalable machine learning platforms and production-ready ML pipelines. The role involves collaborating with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to streamline the machine learning lifecycle, from model development and deployment to monitoring and optimization.

The ideal candidate will have solid hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, ML model deployment, and production operations, along with the ability to lead technical initiatives and mentor engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end MLOps initiatives, operationalizing machine learning models from development to production.
- Design and manage containerized environments using Docker for consistent and reproducible deployments.
- Build, deploy, and optimize Kubernetes workloads for ML services, batch jobs, and platform components.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines for ML workflows, including version control for code, data, and model artifacts.
- Establish monitoring and alerting for model performance, data drift, and infrastructure health.




- Troubleshoot production issues, conduct root-cause analysis, and improve system reliability.
- Define platform standards, security controls, access policies, and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with data science teams to optimize model training, deployment, serving, and inference workflows.
- Lead architecture reviews, mentor engineers, and promote MLOps best practices across teams.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience in MLOps and production deployment of machine learning models.
- Strong knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and automating ML workflows.
- Understanding of model lifecycle management, model registries, and versioning.
- Experience with model serving, online inference, and batch inference.
- Knowledge of monitoring, model performance tracking, data drift detection, and incident management.
- Strong troubleshooting, technical leadership, and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Educational Qualifications

B.Tech/B.E., BCA, B.Sc., M.Tech, MCA, or M.Sc.

Preferred Experience

Experience building scalable ML platforms, standardizing model deployment workflows, improving production reliability, and mentoring engineering teams in a hybrid work environment.
