Execute processes/functions and/or support process management and project efforts, leveraging knowledge of the systems, markets and instruments that influence the team.

Key responsibilities
include monitoring, validating and processing swap allocations (including single-name, basket, and futures-on-swap trades), resolving allocation breaks and discrepancies, and responding to client queries related to allocations, pricing, and settlement. Identify risk in day-to-day processes to draw out the key issues and contribute to improvements. Build relationships within team and internal stakeholders, sharing knowledge to contribute to team's output. Participate in projects and initiatives, aiding in solution formulation with a focus on timely execution. Liaise with Trading Assistants, Sales Traders, Technology, and Static Data teams to ensure accurate trade lifecycle management. Ensure all allocations comply with internal controls, market practices, and operational procedures, escalating issues where required. Ability to establish clear goals and priorities and address non-standard issues within area of expertise with minimal guidance and supervision. Subject matter expertise in business area supported, client requirements, and ability to ensure control is not compromised to comply with client requests. Culture carrier across Operations, embracing the Firm's core values. Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex financial information and proficiency in AI tools, UI Path / Alteryx, and effectively communicating issues to stakeholders. Flexible and dynamic in nature and able to turn around work quickly. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a client-focused and risk-aware approach.
