Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Facade Designer role based in Gurugram. The Facade Designer will be responsible for developing detailed facade design concepts and translating them into accurate shop drawings for fabrication and installation. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating cladding and glazing details, reviewing architectural and structural drawings, and ensuring facade systems meet performance, safety, and aesthetic requirements. The role involves close collaboration with project managers, engineers, vendors, and site teams to resolve design issues, optimize material usage, and support timely project delivery.



The Facade Designer will also participate in technical reviews, support quality assurance, and contribute to continuous improvement of facade design standards and processes. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess robust skills in Facade and Facade Design, with an understanding of façade systems and their performance requirements.
• Candidates should possess skills in Cladding and Glazing, including detailing, material selection, and installation considerations.
• Candidates should possess skills in Shop Drawings, including preparing, reviewing, and coordinating drawings with architectural and structural plans.
• Proficiency in CAD or relevant design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools) for facade detailing and documentation.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in technical work.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with design, engineering, and site execution teams.
• Experience in facade design for commercial, residential, or industrial projects will be an advantage.
