Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Panna. The role involves identifying and engaging potential customers, presenting products or services, and managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing. The specialist will support marketing initiatives, help develop promotional strategies, and assist with local market research to expand brand awareness. Daily tasks include maintaining customer relationships, responding to inquiries, providing product information, and collaborating with internal teams to meet sales targets.



The role also includes preparing reports, participating in training activities, and contributing to continuous improvement of sales and customer engagement processes. Qualifications
• Robust Communication skills with the ability to present information clearly and build positive relationships.
• Customer Service skills focused on responsiveness, problem-solving, and maintaining high satisfaction levels.
• Sales and Sales Management skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and performance tracking.
• Training skills to support onboarding, product education, and sales coaching as needed.
• Relevant experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in a similar industry.
• Ability to work on-site in Panna, manage time effectively, and meet defined targets.
• Proficiency with basic office software and digital tools for reporting and communication.
• Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
