Role Description The Electrical Engineering Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Patna Area. The specialist will design, review, and maintain electrical distribution systems and related infrastructure to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient power delivery. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing technical analysis of power systems, supporting load planning, troubleshooting field issues, and coordinating with operations teams on maintenance and upgrades. The role involves preparing technical documentation, drawings, and reports,



as well as supporting compliance with relevant electrical and safety standards. The specialist will also collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate with internal stakeholders to support project execution and service quality improvements. Qualifications
• Strong foundation in Electrical Engineering and practical understanding of Electricity and power distribution systems.
• Proficiency in Electrical Design, including layouts, schematics, and system planning for utility networks.
• Well-developed Analytical Skills to diagnose technical issues, interpret data, and optimize system performance.
• Effective Communication skills for coordinating with field teams, technical staff, and management.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• Knowledge of relevant Indian electrical codes, grid standards, and safety regulations.
• Experience in power utilities, distribution networks, or industrial electrical systems is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in the Greater Patna Area and conduct occasional field visits as required.
• Familiarity with electrical design software and basic computer applications (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Office) is an advantage.
