Role Description This is a full-time Telecalling role based in Chennai with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some work-from-home flexibility. The Telecaller will make outbound and receive inbound calls to communicate with existing and potential customers, provide information about freight services, and respond to inquiries. Daily responsibilities include maintaining call logs, updating customer records, sharing shipment status, coordinating with the operations team, and following up on leads to support business growth. The role also involves addressing basic customer concerns, escalating complex issues when needed,



and ensuring a professional and courteous experience on every call. The Telecaller will work closely with internal teams to support smooth logistics operations and customer satisfaction. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong verbal communication, active listening, and clear telephone etiquette skills.
• Candidates should possess customer service skills, including problem-solving, empathy, and the ability to handle inquiries and basic complaints.
• Candidates should possess basic computer and data entry skills, including use of call logs, spreadsheets, and CRM or customer record systems.
• Candidates should possess time management and organizational skills to manage call volumes, follow-ups, and documentation efficiently.
• Candidates should possess collaboration skills to coordinate with operations, sales, and support teams for accurate shipment and service information.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English and local languages (such as Tamil and Hindi) is highly beneficial.
• Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or logistics is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Minimum educational qualification: completed secondary education; higher qualifications in commerce, business, or related fields are a plus.
