Role Description The Digital Marketing Strategist is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. The individual in this role will develop and execute digital marketing strategies to promote RS Wealth Management’s services across online channels, including search, social media, email, and content platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and managing campaigns, analyzing performance data, optimizing marketing initiatives for lead generation and brand awareness, and collaborating with internal teams to align messaging with business goals. The role also involves creating or supervising digital content, coordinating with designers and content writers, monitoring market trends and competitor activity,

Responsibilities:
· Enhance website SEO through keyword research and on-page/off-page strategies.
· Working knowledge of word press.
· Regular update and maintain company’s website. Able to make changes as required.
· Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms
· Run ads on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google.
· Manage Google Ads PPC campaigns, optimizing performance.
· Execute digital campaigns to nurture leads, analyze performance, and boost engagement.
· Create quality content for blogs, social media, and marketing with design collaboration.
· Implement digital lead generation strategies in close coordination with sales for quality and conversions.
· Schedule and publish posts using social media tools
· Coordinate with influencers or models when required
· Plan and execute photo/video shoots for content creation
· Conduct competitor analysis and suggest improvements
· Attend team and client meetings and contribute creative ideas Requirements and skills
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
· Proven experience as Digital Marketing Executive or similar role.
· Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
· Prior Experience in Stock Broking will be an added advantage.
· Skills and experience in creative content writing.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
