Roles &
Responsibilities:
Solid experience in SAP SD, MM, JIT/JIS
• Analysis of incidents and providing solutions for problem resolution; debugging may be required in certain cases
• Supporting the business/specialist departments with process-related queries and understanding issues across the process chain
• Shift-based support, including third-party management for critical incidents, in accordance with SLA response times
• Experience with call-off control for JIT inbound/outbound, including status/action flows
• Experience with EDI scenarios as per VDA standards
• Several years of experience in the logistics domain Qualifications Educational qualification:
