Podcast Director – Content & Production Employment Type: Full-Time

Location:
Delhi, NCR Budget: ₹4–5 LPA Travel: Required for client shoots and podcast recordings. Travel expenses will be borne by the company.

About the Role
We are looking for a creative and execution-focused Podcast Director who can take ownership of podcast and digital content projects from research and scripting through recording and final content production. This role is ideal for someone who understands podcasts, YouTube, Instagram, creators, storytelling, and digital content, and is comfortable travelling to different locations for client shoots. Candidates currently based in Delhi NCR are preferred. What You’ll Do
• Plan and manage podcast productions for clients from concept to execution.
• Travel to client locations, studios, and other shoot locations as required.
• Research guests, industries, companies, trending topics, and episode themes.
• Write podcast scripts, episode structures, interview questions, introductions, hooks, and talking points.
• Coordinate and direct podcast and video shoots.
• Work with clients, guests, videographers, editors, and the internal content team.
• Help hosts and guests prepare for recording.
• Identify interesting stories, discussion topics, and content angles.
• Research content ideas for YouTube, Instagram, Reels, Shorts, and other social platforms.
• Convert long-form podcast conversations into ideas for short-form social content.
• Review recorded content and provide creative direction to editors.
• Maintain consistency in storytelling, production quality, and brand tone.




• Keep up with podcast, creator, YouTube, Instagram, and social media trends. Preferred Experience
• Previous experience in podcasting, video production, content creation, scriptwriting, YouTube, social media, or digital media.
• Candidates who have worked with influencers, YouTubers, podcasters, creators, media personalities, or personal brands will be preferred.
• Experience managing or assisting with on-location shoots is highly desirable.
• Experience writing interview questions, scripts, or research briefs is an advantage. Skills We’re Looking For
• Solid research and storytelling ability.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong understanding of YouTube, Instagram, podcasts, and creator-led content.
• Confident communication and client-handling skills.
• Ability to manage shoots and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
• Comfortable travelling within India for podcast recordings.
• Strong understanding of current trends, hooks, audience retention, and engaging content.
• Basic understanding of video editing and production workflows is preferred. Who Should Apply? Compensation & Travel
• Annual CTC: ₹4–5 LPA.
• Travel expenses: Covered by the company for approved client shoots, podcast recordings, and work-related travel.
