Role Description
- -Responsible for overseeing medical affairs and contributing to the development of high-quality oncology care standards across the hospitals network. -The role includes providing clinical guidance to multidisciplinary teams, supporting protocol development, and ensuring alignment with evidence-based practices and regulatory requirements. -This position involves collaborating with medical and operational leaders to design and implement training programs for clinicians, nurses, and allied health professionals.



-The Senior Manager will also coordinate clinical research initiatives, support data-driven improvements in patient outcomes, and participate in strategic planning for service expansion and quality enhancement. ----Regular responsibilities include reviewing clinical documentation, contributing to medical governance activities, and representing the medical directorate in internal and external stakeholder meetings. -Open to ambiguity and early-stage start-up Qualifications
• Strong foundation in Medicine with experience in oncology or related specialities.
• Expertise in Medical Affairs, including clinical governance, protocol development, and stakeholder engagement.
• Demonstrated experience in Training, including designing and delivering clinical education programs.
• 10+ years of experience post-MBBS.
• Prior leadership experience in oncology hospital clinical settings from the ground
• Solid communication, collaboration, and decision-making skills, with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience with quality improvement, clinical audits, and implementation of clinical standards is highly beneficial.
