MultipliersKraft is a Bengaluru-based company building AI-native technology for how businesses run and how their people grow. Our platforms help companies in manufacturing, FMCG, retail, pharma, energy and industrial services finance, operations, supply chain, sales and people on one intelligent system. This is an early, high-visibility role where you’ll work directly with leadership and shape how we take recent products to market. What you’ll do
• Research and map target accounts across our core industries
• Build pipeline through outbound calls, email, LinkedIn, referrals, partner networks and events
• Reach out to companies outgrowing spreadsheets and ageing legacy ERP at the right moment
• Book and co-run demos, shape proposals, and own deals from first call to signed contract and collections
• Spot upsell and cross-sell openings as we add new products
• Keep the CRM accurate and share weekly pipeline and forecast reports
• Represent MKraft at industry forums and client meetings across India What you must bring
• 4–6 years of B2B product sales with a consistent record of meeting or beating targets
• Hands-on ERP sales experience (mandatory): SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, Infor, Epicor, Ramco, Zoho or similar
• Fluency in finance, inventory, procurement, production and sales processes
• Proven ability to build pipeline from cold outreach
• Comfort leading conversations with promoters, CFOs and COOs
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Daily CRM discipline (Salesforce, Zoho or HubSpot), plus Excel and PowerPoint
• Willingness to travel across India
• Graduate degree; MBA a plus
