FTE We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Lead Developer / Architect to design, develop, and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce Platform.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Salesforce development and technical design initiatives.
• Develop solutions using Apex, LWC, Aura, Flows, and Experience Cloud.
• Design integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware.
• Ensure scalability, security, code quality, and best practices.
• Drive CI/CD, deployments, and release management.
• Mentor developers and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.

• Required





Skills:
Solid expertise in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, LWC, and Salesforce Flows.
• Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce security, sharing models, and large data volumes.
• Experience with APIs, integrations, Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD.
• Proven leadership experience in delivering complex Salesforce projects.
• Preferred:Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer II, JavaScript Developer I, Application Architect, or System Architect.
• Experience with Agentforce, Einstein AI, and Agile/SAFe environments.
