Role Description The Visual Graphic Designer role at JUSTDOGS® is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune City. The designer will create visual assets for digital and print channels, including social media creatives, in-store displays, packaging elements, and marketing collaterals. Day-to-day tasks include developing design concepts aligned with the brand’s identity, producing graphics and illustrations, refining layouts, and ensuring consistent branding across all touchpoints. The role involves collaborating with marketing and retail teams, preparing artwork for production, and adapting designs based on feedback and performance metrics.



The designer will also help maintain and evolve the brand’s visual language to enhance customer engagement and communicate the brand’s commitment to pet care. Qualifications
• Strong graphic design skills, including experience creating visual assets and marketing materials.
• Proficiency in logo design and branding, with the ability to maintain and enhance a cohesive brand identity.
• Solid understanding of typography and layout principles for both digital and print media.
• Hands-on experience with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or equivalent).
• Ability to translate briefs into clear, appealing visual concepts and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced retail environment.
• A portfolio showcasing relevant design work; prior experience in retail, FMCG, or lifestyle brands is an advantage.
• Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred; candidates with robust portfolios are also encouraged to apply.
