We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Proposal Writer to join our Sales & Business Development team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing professional business and technical proposals for web application development and other IT services for domestic and international clients. This role is suitable for freshers who have good writing skills, research abilities, and an interest in learning about business proposals, IT services, and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist in preparing business proposals and technical proposals for web application development and IT services.
• Research client requirements, industries, and business needs to support proposal preparation.
• Convert project information into clear, structured, and professional documents.
• Coordinate with sales and technical teams to collect project details, timelines, scope, and deliverables.
• Customize proposal content based on client requirements.
• Proofread and edit documents to ensure accuracy, clarity, and proper grammar.
• Prepare company profiles, service descriptions, presentations, and supporting documents.
• Maintain proposal templates and documentation for future reference.
• Ensure proposals are completed within assigned deadlines.

and business development processes. Skills Required
• Good written English and basic verbal communication skills.
• Strong interest in writing, research, and content development.
• Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
