Key Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day operations on Amazon Seller Central/Vendor Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and Blinkit seller panel, listings, inventory, pricing, and order management
• Manage the Shopify store: product uploads, collections, pricing, discounts, inventory sync, and basic storefront updates
• Create and optimize product listings (titles, bullet points, descriptions, backend keywords, A+ content) for better discoverability and conversion
• Monitor and manage Amazon Ads (Sponsored Products/Brands) ,campaign setup, budget allocation, and performance tracking




• Track key metrics across platforms: sales, conversion rate, ACOS/TACOS, return rate, buy box %, stock-outs
• Coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams to ensure inventory availability and timely order fulfillment (especially for quick-commerce SLAs on Blinkit)
• Handle catalog issues, account health, returns/refunds, and customer queries on marketplaces

Requirements:
• 1-4 years of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably across marketplaces and D2C
• Strong working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central (listings, inventory, ads, account health) — mandatory
• Hands-on experience with Shopify (product/catalog management, apps, basic store operations) — mandatory
• Working exposure to Flipkart Seller Hub and/or Blinkit seller panel preferred
• Good understanding of e-commerce metrics (CTR, conversion rate, ACOS, RTO, buy box)
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
