Role Description The Social Media Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. The individual in this role will manage day-to-day social media activities, including planning, creating, scheduling, and publishing content across relevant platforms. Responsibilities include monitoring engagement, responding to audience interactions, and optimizing content in line with Social Media Marketing (SMM) and Social Media Optimization (SMO) best practices. The Social Media Executive will coordinate with designers, writers,



and campaign managers to ensure consistent brand messaging and effective promotion of client campaigns. The role also involves tracking performance metrics, preparing basic reports, and suggesting improvements to enhance reach, engagement, and conversions. Qualifications
• Strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills, with experience managing brand profiles on major platforms.
• Media Planning abilities to design and schedule campaigns aligned with target audiences and marketing objectives.
• Effective Communication and Writing skills to create transparent, engaging, and brand-consistent content and captions.
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools, basic understanding of SEO principles, and ability to interpret performance data.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Prior experience in a digital agency or working with D2C brands is an advantage.
