• Lead end-to-end FEMA / Trade Finance operations and ensure compliance with applicable FEMA and RBI requirements.
• Oversee EDPMS, IDPMS and other applicable regulatory and Trade Finance activities.
• Monitor regulatory changes and ensure timely implementation within operational processes.
• Manage team deliverables, workload, productivity, quality, controls and operational risks.
• Lead ageing reviews, exception management and resolution of critical compliance topics.
• Act as an escalation point for complex FEMA, Trade Finance and Banking matters.
• Lead stakeholder engagement with Banks, Business, Finance, EXIM and other functions.
• Drive team capability through coaching, mentoring, cross-training and knowledge development.
• Lead process governance, standardization, automation and continuous improvement initiatives with digitization and Automation ideas.
• Implement AI use cases in the operational process
• Support management reviews, audits and regulatory/compliance requirements. Your success is grounded in:
• Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Accounting or Business Administration.
• Post-graduate degrees in Finance preferred.




• 6years–9 years of relevant experience, including minimum 3 years in Trade Finance / Banking domain.
• In-depth knowledge of FEMA regulations and latest RBI guidelines.
• Strong understanding of EDPMS / IDPMS, Trade Finance and cross-border transactions.
• Experience in team/process management, mentoring and stakeholder engagement
• Strong working knowledge of SAP and MS Office applications.
• Excellent analytical, communication, presentation and problem-solving skills.
• Robust leadership, team building and escalation-management capabilities.
