Key Responsibilities
Lead cross-functional teams and manage end-to-end program planning, execution, budgeting, resource allocation, and delivery timelines.
Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure timely and effective project execution.
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to achieve program objectives.
Monitor and manage program risks, dependencies, issues, and governance.
Provide regular project status updates and effective communication to executive stakeholders.
Manage resources and budgets effectively while ensuring delivery commitments are met.
Coordinate multiple priorities and demonstrate the ability to multitask in a rapid-paced environment.
Foster strong collaboration across teams with a positive, solution-oriented approach.




Required Experience & Skills9–12 years of relevant Project/Program Management experience.
Strong hands-on experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Proven experience in cross-functional team leadership and program delivery.
Strong expertise in Invoicing, resource planning, risk management, and stakeholder management.
Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Strong ownership mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Ability to work effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
