• Solid functional background and understanding of Core Banking. This is in the banking space with areas like Deposits , Loans , Trade Finance , CASA and related accounting
• Experience on a Core Banking system is a key skill needed
• Experience in Loans Operations , Trade Finance Operations will be an added advantage
• Capable to handle multiple stakeholders from business requirement collection with customers ( Bank staff / teams)
• Capability to prepare business requirements and solution specification documents
• Experience of working in a Core Banking related company – either a product developer (Temenos , Finacle , FIS , Oracle FlexCube/OFSS , Finastra, Intellect Design Arena ) or Core Banking system integrator (HCL ,
WIPRO , Deloitte , Accenture , .. ) or in a Bank in core operations service center. Role Description:

• Working with the Customer to understand the business requirements
• Understand the TCS BaNCS product and map the requirements to the product capabilities
• Implement TCS BaNCS solution in customer environment
• Working with the Product Development team to review & verify the expected functionality / enhancement in the product
• Create thought leadership content and create differentiated solutions (e.g. AI in Core Banking)
• Make presentations and demonstrate TCS BaNCS solution to customers and prospects
• Study Regulatory and Market standard evolution in Banking domain and translate that into business Requirements.
