The Growth Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic planning and execution. Day-to-day activities include market research, lead generation, pipeline management, and collaboration with internal teams to design and refine growth campaigns. The role involves tracking performance metrics, preparing reports and presentations, and providing feedback to improve sales and marketing initiatives.



The Growth Executive will also represent Vistaar Media in client meetings and industry interactions, ensuring a professional and solution-focused approach. Qualifications
• Solid skills in business development, lead generation, and client relationship management.
• Experience with sales planning, pipeline management, and performance tracking using CRM or similar tools.
• Ability to conduct market research, analyze data, and translate insights into actionable growth strategies.
• Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills for internal and external stakeholder engagement.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, innovation-led environment with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; relevant experience in media or advertising is an advantage.
