Role Description This is a full time, on-site Store Manager role based in Kochi. The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, including managing inventory, supervising staff, and ensuring an organized and welcoming environment for customers and their pets. Responsibilities include driving sales, maintaining visual merchandising standards, monitoring store performance, and implementing retail loss prevention measures. The role involves resolving customer concerns, promoting grooming services and pet products, and ensuring consistently high levels of customer satisfaction.



The Store Manager will also be responsible for reporting on store metrics, coordinating with senior management, and supporting marketing and promotional activities. Qualifications
• Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with a commitment to creating positive experiences for pet parents.
• Store Management capabilities, including staff supervision, inventory handling, and daily operational oversight in a retail environment.
• Clear and professional Communication skills for interacting with customers, team members, and management.
• Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices to safeguard store assets and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Previous experience in retail management; experience in pet products or grooming services is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Kochi, including weekends or peak hours as needed.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Basic proficiency with point-of-sale systems and retail reporting tools; familiarity with inventory management software is beneficial.
• Relevant education in business, retail management, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
