Andheri West (Mumbai candidates only) Budget: 10k-15k (may differ based on prior agency experience) Freshers who have built sample creatives also can apply Role Description The Motion Graphic Designer Trainee (Media Agency Background) will support the creative team in designing and producing motion graphics and visual content for digital campaigns, social media, and brand projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting in concept development, creating animated assets, helping with video editing and post-production,



and adapting designs to different platforms and formats. The trainee will collaborate closely with designers, videographers, and producers to ensure that all motion content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, with hands-on exposure to agency workflows and influencer-focused campaigns. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess skills in Motion Design and Motion Graphics for digital and social media content.
• Candidates should possess skills in Video Production, including basic editing and post-production workflows.
• Candidates should possess skills in Graphic Design and Graphics creation for static and animated visual assets.
• Familiarity with industry-standard design and animation tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator) is beneficial.
• A portfolio or showreel demonstrating creative motion work and visual storytelling is strongly preferred.
• Relevant academic background in design, animation, media, or a related field is an advantage, but strong demonstrated skills are highly valued.
• Ability to take feedback constructively, work in a fast-paced team environment, and meet deadlines consistently.
