• Maintain a 12-month rolling forecast updated every quarter (or sooner on material change).
• Run scenario / sensitivity analyses on key levers — order intake, AOV, GM, fixed cost growth, expansion pace — and quantify cash and EBITDA implications. C. Unit Economics & Business Partnering
• Define, track, and challenge unit economics across the group: Decorpot project margins, Decorpot Select premium-tier mix, Ekaansh factory cost sheets and absorption, FurnitureOne SKU-level GM, S.
S. Neo City project economics.

• Partner with Marketing on CAC, CPL, ROAS, and marketing-spend efficiency across digital and offline channels.
• Partner with the Factory on standard cost vs actual, yield, scrap, and capacity utilisation. D. Capex, Expansion & Strategic Projects

• Evaluate Factory 2 (Bhubaneswar) and any other capex proposals with full financial modelling.
• Support fundraising and lender conversations — data rooms, KPI definitions, financial models, sensitivity decks. E. Working Capital & Cost Discipline
• Track DSO, DPO, inventory days, and cash conversion cycle, with monthly improvement targets by entity.
• Lead cost-reduction initiatives — vendor consolidation, indirect spend rationalisation, fixed cost benchmarking.
• Own opex envelope discipline — flag overruns weekly, not at month-end. F. Systems & Analytics
• Build the FP&A; toolkit — Excel / Google Sheets models in the short term, BI dashboards (Power BI / Looker / similar) over 12 months.
• Partner with the tech team on ERP report design, data quality, and the analytics warehouse.
• Champion AI-led analytics inside the finance function. First 90 Days – Specific Deliverables
• Take over and stabilise the monthly Investor MIS; deliver the first edition by day 45.
• Publish a refreshed dashboard suite (group, entity, EC, factory) with the AGM – Finance signed off on the metric definitions.
• Complete a unit-economics deep dive on Decorpot project P&L; (AOV mix, GM bridge, design-loss) and present findings to the CEO.
• Build the FY28 AOP framework and timeline; kick off bottom-up planning.
• Establish a weekly cash and working-capital review cadence. Qualifications & Experience
• Chartered Accountant (CA) — mandatory.
• 2–5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
• At least 2 years in an FP&A;, business finance, controllership, or strategy finance role in a high-growth consumer / retail / D2C / manufacturing / SaaS environment.

• Strong commercial and operating intuition — ability to read a P&L; and immediately ask the right operational questions.
• Crisp, decision-grade communication; comfortable presenting to founders, investors, and board members.
• Self-starter who can work with messy inputs, define structure, and produce CFO-grade outputs.
• Comfort with AI-led finance tooling and willingness to automate aggressively.
