Role: OTC Specialist – Order to Cash (OTC)

Experience: 1–3 Years

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA

Key Responsibilities

- Create, update, and maintain customer master data in the ERP system.
- Handle customer invoicing and billing activities.
- Perform cash application and payment allocation.
- Generate and process dunning reports for overdue payments.
- Investigate customer account discrepancies and coordinate with customers or clients for resolution.
- Perform account reconciliation and support month-end closing activities.
- Manage periodic contract pricing updates.
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of OTC transactions.

Required Skills

- 1–3 years of experience in OTC processes, preferably in Accounts Receivable.
- Exposure to Finance & Accounting (F&A;) processes.
- Knowledge of customer master data management, invoicing,



cash application, and dunning.
- Knowledge of SAP or other ERP applications is preferred.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer-focused attitude and strong attention to detail.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of VBA or Macros will be an added advantage.
