JD and experience expectation from a Release Manager

- Release Planning & Scheduling: Develop and manage release plan across PODs including Release deliverables/Features, Release timelines
- Support on Clients processes for data availability, Architecture approvals, risk and compliance reviews etc.
- Coordination across PODs for dependency planning and scoping
- Support dependency and conflicts across teams/PODs
- Support prioritisation and approvals for setting set up, data availability etc
- Risk Management & Mitigation
- Participation in Go/No Go Decisions and communication

Experience needed:

- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and ITIL frameworks
- Experience with release orchestration and automation tools
- Experience with MLOps/DataOps tools (e.g., MLflow, Airflow)
- Proficiency in version control and configuration management
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex dependencies
- Risk assessment and problem-solving capabilities
- Communication and stakeholder coordination
- Knowledge of Data and AI projects and concepts
