Job Description We are looking for a QA Lead to provide hands-on quality leadership for a large Home Health Care company and it's technology initiatives. You will define the test approach, coordinate execution, guide automation, and give delivery teams a clear, risk-based view of release readiness. This role combines team leadership with practical engineering. You will partner with product, development, DevOps, business, and client stakeholders to strengthen quality across UI, API, database, integration, and end-to-end healthcare workflows. Skills and Requirements 7+ years of software quality engineering experience, including leadership of complex testing efforts.
Hands-on experience with UI, API, and database testing and with modern automation frameworks.
Experience building or extending automation frameworks and integrating tests into existing CI/CD pipelines.
Proven ownership of regression planning, execution, defect triage, metrics, and release-quality decisions.
Advanced working knowledge of Jira and at least one test management platform.
Experience with SQL, service validation, test data preparation, logs,



and root-cause analysis.
Robust communication, stakeholder management, mentoring, and delivery coordination skills.
