Lower Parel, Mumbai Function: Wholesale Lending / Real Estate Finance / Developer Financing Role Purpose: The Senior Relationship Manager originates, evaluates, and manages financing opportunities with real estate developers. The role focuses on building solid developer relationships, driving business growth, assessing funding requirements, coordinating credit approvals, and ensuring portfolio performance.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Origination
• Source and originate lending opportunities from real estate developers across residential, commercial, mixed-use, and plotted developments.
• Build and maintain relationships with developers, consultants, IPCs, investment bankers, and channel partners.
• Identify new business opportunities aligned with the organization's lending strategy and risk appetite. Relationship Management
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned developer relationships.




• Drive client engagement throughout the deal lifecycle, from sourcing to closure and post-disbursement servicing.
• Maintain long-term relationships to enhance repeat business and cross-selling opportunities. Market Intelligence
• Monitor real estate market trends, competitor activity, regulatory developments, and funding opportunities.
• Provide insights on developer performance, project pipeline, and emerging market opportunities. Education MBA (Finance/Marketing) / CA / CFA / Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, or related discipline with 8-12 years of experience in Real Estate Finance, Wholesale Lending, Developer Financing, Structured Finance, or Banking. Proven experience in sourcing and managing developer relationships and a strong understanding of real estate project financing, construction funding, LRD, structured debt, and security structures.
