The agency is known for being highly accessible and responsive to client needs in real time. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Associate role based in Gurugram. The Business Development Associate will identify and qualify new business opportunities, build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients, and support the end-to-end sales process for PixPitch’s ORM, PR, and community management services. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting targeted market research, gathering insights on potential client segments, and preparing outreach lists. The role involves creating and delivering persuasive presentations, drafting proposals, and collaborating with senior leadership to tailor pitches to strategic accounts.



The person in this role will also maintain accurate records in CRM tools, track performance against targets, and support relationship-building activities such as follow-ups, meetings, and review calls. Qualifications
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently in written and verbal conversations with prospects and internal stakeholders.
• Proficiency in lead generation and pipeline management, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and supporting conversion efforts.
• Experience in market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform sales strategies.
• Effective presentation skills, including creating and delivering clear, compelling presentations and client-facing decks.
• Relevant bachelor’s degree (e.g., Business, Marketing, Communications) or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced agency environment and manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
• Prior experience in digital marketing, PR, ORM, or agency business development is an advantage.
• Comfort using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and productivity software to track activities and report on results.
