Role Description This is a full time, on-site role based in Gwalior for an HR Recruiter / Business Development Executive (BDE) / Telecaller / Counselor. The role involves sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and supporting end-to-end recruitment activities for fresher and experienced hiring. Daily responsibilities include reaching out to potential candidates and clients via calls and digital channels, explaining job roles and training programs, and maintaining detailed records of interactions in CRM or tracking tools.



The professional will support business development by engaging with corporate clients and institutions, promoting CertED Technologies’ training and staffing solutions, and following up on leads. The role also includes counseling candidates and students on suitable career paths and courses, ensuring a positive and informed experience throughout the hiring and onboarding process. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong HR and recruitment skills, including sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and basic understanding of talent acquisition processes.
• Candidates should possess communication and counseling skills, such as clear verbal and written communication, active listening, client and candidate interaction, and the ability to explain career and training options.
• Candidates should possess business development and telecalling skills, including lead generation, follow-up, relationship building with clients and institutions, and comfort with high-volume calling.
• Candidates should possess basic digital and office productivity skills, such as working with CRM or applicant tracking tools, using email and office software, and maintaining accurate records and reports.
• A bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred; prior experience in HR, recruitment, education counseling, or sales/business development will be an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Gwalior, manage multiple priorities, meet targets, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
