Responsibilities:
• Lead the AI development team and build solutions for customer use cases and POC.
• This is a 100% hands-on role, we expect you to write code. This is not suitable for functional architects, who can only guide the team to get things done. We need people who love coding and building products.

Qualifications:
• Experience on telecom oss products development will be added advantage.
• Robust experience on building AI agents and harness.
• Upto date on all technical advancements and new architectural patterns in AI harness development.
• Strong presentation skills required to pitch the solutions to customers.
• Experience on LLM fine tuning will be a added advantage.
• 10+ years of experience in software development
