Role Description The Field Operator role at NEPSUN LIMITED is a full-time, on-site position based in Jodhpur. The Field Operator is responsible for carrying out daily operational tasks at designated field locations, including operating equipment, monitoring work processes, and following safety and quality standards. This role involves performing routine inspections, reporting any irregularities or hazards, and assisting with basic maintenance or troubleshooting as needed. The Field Operator will work closely with supervisors and colleagues to ensure that projects are completed on schedule, documentation is accurate, and company procedures are followed. The position may require working outdoors,



adhering to site rules, and maintaining clear communication with the team throughout each shift. Qualifications
• Ability to operate field equipment and tools safely and efficiently, with attention to detail and adherence to operating procedures.
• Strong observation and reporting skills to monitor site conditions, identify issues, and communicate clearly with supervisors.
• Basic technical or mechanical aptitude to support routine checks, simple troubleshooting, and coordination with maintenance teams.
• Good organizational and time management skills to follow schedules, complete assigned tasks, and maintain accurate records.
• Understanding of workplace safety practices, willingness to comply with safety rules, and commitment to a safe working environment.
• Ability to work in office in Jodhpur, including potential outdoor work and varying field conditions.
