Role Overview: We are looking for a creative and energetic HR qualified to drive Employer Branding, Internal Communications, and Employee Engagement initiatives. The role involves creating engaging content, managing internal communication channels, organizing employee events, and strengthening the company's employer brand. The candidate will work closely with HR, recruitment, and business teams to enhance employee experience and engagement. Strong communication, public speaking, and event-hosting (Emcee) skills are essential, along with experience in social media content creation and digital tools such as Canva.

Chennai Work Mode: 5 Days Work from Office (WFO)

Key Responsibilities
• Drive talent/employer branding initiatives and social media content.
• Manage internal HR communications through email, Viva Engage, newsletters and other channels.
• Create engaging content around employee stories, culture, events and HR initiatives.
• Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities and corporate events.
• Emcee/host town halls and employee events – mandatory.
• Coordinate with HR,



Recruitment and business stakeholders.
• Track communication/engagement reach and campaign effectiveness.
• Bring creative ideas and leverage digital/AI tools for content and communication. Required Skills &

Experience:
• 5-7 years of experience in Employer Branding, Talent Branding, Internal Communications, or Employee Engagement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create engaging content.
• Proven experience in public speaking, event hosting, and emceeing corporate events/town halls (mandatory).
• Hands-on experience in social media management, content creation, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management, event coordination, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in Canva, digital communication platforms, and AI-powered content creation tools.
• Creative, proactive, and capable of driving innovative communication and engagement programs.
