5–6 Years ? Qualification: Graduate; MBA preferred ? Industry: Commercial Real Estate / Office Leasing ?
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and source commercial office spaces available for lease across key business locations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, developers, IPCs, and local brokers.
• Conduct market surveys to identify new vacancies, upcoming properties, and off-market opportunities.
• Evaluate properties based on location, area, rental value, amenities, and availability.
• Maintain an updated property database with accurate details in CRM.
• Coordinate site visits and support the leasing team in closing business opportunities.
• Track market rentals, sourcing targets, and weekly market updates.
• ✅ What We’re Looking For:
• 5–6 years of experience in commercial real estate, office leasing, or property sourcing.
• Solid knowledge of the local commercial real estate market.
• Excellent networking, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools.
• Existing connections with landlords and commercial property brokers will be an added advantage.
