Role Description The Interior Design Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This position is responsible for overseeing interior design projects from concept to completion, including managing timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communication. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating space planning and design activities, reviewing and guiding construction drawings, and ensuring that furniture and finishes align with project requirements and design standards. The role also involves supervising on-site work, collaborating with contractors and vendors, resolving design and execution issues,



and maintaining documentation and reports to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within scope. Qualifications
• Strong Space Planning and Interior Design skills, with the ability to translate client requirements into functional, aesthetic solutions.
• Proficiency in Project Management, including scheduling, budgeting, resource coordination, and stakeholder communication.
• Experience with Construction Drawings, detailing, and coordination with architects, contractors, and vendors.
• Knowledge of Furniture selection, layouts, and integration with overall interior design concepts.
• Relevant qualification in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Experience managing interior fit-out or construction projects, preferably in commercial or residential interiors.
• Working knowledge of design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit) and basic MS Office tools.
• Robust organizational, problem-solving, and communication abilities, with a focus on quality, safety, and timelines.
