About the Role
MK Developers is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Civil Engineer to join our construction team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and early-career professionals to gain hands-on experience in residential construction, site execution, quality control and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist in day-to-day construction site supervision and execution.
• Monitor construction activities as per drawings, specifications and quality standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors and senior engineers.
• Assist with material requirements, measurements and quantity estimation.
• Maintain daily site progress reports and construction records.
• Ensure adherence to site safety practices and construction schedules.




• Support senior engineers in resolving site-related issues. Requirements
• Diploma / B.
E. / B.
Tech in Civil Engineering.

Experience:
Fresher to 2 years.
• Basic knowledge of construction practices and civil engineering drawings.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel will be an advantage.
• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn and work on-site.
