• Lead curriculum strategy, accreditation alignment, and pedagogical innovation across asynchronous and synchronous remote learning models.
• Oversee faculty development, academic standards, and instructional design to ensure quality delivery and learner outcomes.
• Partner with product and engineering teams to embed academic workflows into LMS and adaptive learning platforms.
• Monitor KPIs for course completion, retention, and assessment performance; drive data-backed academic interventions.
• Represent the academic vision externally — to accreditation bodies, partners, and institutional stakeholders.
