Role Description The Customer Support Executive MPS is a full time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai. This role involves responding to customer queries related to managed print services, handling service requests, and coordinating with internal technical teams to ensure timely resolution. The executive will track issues through ticketing systems, provide status updates, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by offering clear, professional communication via phone, email, and online tools. Daily responsibilities include logging and documenting support interactions, monitoring printer performance alerts, following up on open cases, and escalating complex technical issues when required.
• Strong Customer Support and Customer Service skills, with the ability to handle queries professionally .
• Experience in driving Customer Satisfaction through timely resolution, clear communication, and follow-up.
• Ability to provide Online Support using phone, email, chat, and ticketing tools for managed print services.
• Basic Technical Support skills to understand printer-related issues and coordinate effectively with technical teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in regional languages is an advantage.
• Comfort working with CRM or helpdesk systems and standard office productivity tools.
• Prior experience in customer-facing roles in IT services, office equipment, or managed services is preferred.
• Minimum educational qualification: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any disciplin.
