2–5 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred About 4C Group 4C Group is looking for a proactive, enthusiastic, and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities
• Handle the complete recruitment cycle, from understanding manpower requirements to candidate onboarding.
• Coordinate with department heads and hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring priorities.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidates' suitability.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with shortlisted candidates for feedback, offer acceptance, and joining confirmation.
• Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and regular hiring reports.
• Build a pipeline of suitable candidates for current and future vacancies.
• Coordinate salary discussions, offer rollouts, documentation, and joining formalities.




• Ensure a positive candidate experience and timely communication throughout the recruitment process.
• Meet recruitment targets and close positions within agreed timelines. Eligibility Criteria
• Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.
• 2–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing.
• Good knowledge of job portals, LinkedIn recruitment, resume screening, and interview coordination.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and work within deadlines.
• Strong follow-up skills and a result-oriented approach.
• Immediate joiners are strongly preferred. Preferred Candidate Profile
