Role Description The Graphic Design Intern role is a full-time, on-site position based in Lucknow. The intern will support the design team in creating visual assets for social media, digital campaigns, and brand identity projects, including logos, layouts, and marketing materials. Daily responsibilities include collaborating on design concepts, preparing graphics for web and print, assisting with image editing and retouching, and ensuring brand consistency across all creative outputs.



The intern will work closely with marketing and content teams to translate creative briefs into explicit visual designs, contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions, and help maintain organized design files and project documentation. This role offers hands-on exposure to real client work, design workflows, and performance-driven creative strategies. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with an understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and layout.
• Candidates should possess skills in Logo Design and Branding, including the ability to translate brand positioning into cohesive visual identities.
• Candidates should possess skills in Image Editing, including basic proficiency with photo retouching and optimization for digital platforms.
• Beneficial qualifications include familiarity with design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma or similar), a portfolio showcasing design work, and basic knowledge of social media and digital marketing creatives.
• Additional beneficial attributes include attention to detail, ability to take feedback constructively, strong communication skills, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced agency environment; current students or recent graduates in Design, Fine Arts, or related fields are encouraged to apply.
